2026 Membership Fees
Fees are organized by session (Spring, Summer, Early Fall, Fall, Winter) rather than by program. Basic Membership Fee already includes HST and the one-time annual $76.50 RCA + Row Ontario registration fee. The asterisked (*) higher rate applies on your first registration of the year — once paid, additional sessions in the same calendar year use the lower rate.
Pay your fees via e-Transfer to scrcpayments@gmail.com with security answer “rowing”. Put the athlete name and session in the memo field.

Common questions
How do I pay my registration fees?
All fees are paid via e-Transfer to scrcpayments@gmail.com. Use the security answer "rowing", and put the athlete name + program in the memo field so the treasurer can match your payment to your registration.
Do I also need to register with Rowing Canada?
Yes. All SCRC athletes must hold a current Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) membership before stepping in a boat. The RCA fee is included in your SCRC program fee for most programs - confirm with your coach if unsure.
When does registration open for each program?
Spring and summer programs open for registration in early March. Fall programs open in late August. If a program isn’t actively taking registrations, the program page will show a “Notify me” form so you’re first in line when it opens.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before your program’s start date. Pro-rated refunds are considered case-by-case for medical reasons after that. Email the club secretary to request a refund.
Are there bursaries or financial assistance available?
Yes - SCRC participates in Canadian Tire Jumpstart and ParticipACTION, and we offer an internal Student Athlete Bursary. See our About page for full details and contacts.
