Junior Development Program
Fun, fitness, and skill development for athletes aged 12–16 with some prior rowing experience. A launchpad to competitive programs or a place to keep loving the sport.
Build the skills, then race them
The Junior Development program builds the fundamental skills athletes need to row comfortably in different conditions and crew combinations. Skills competitions run weekly. JDP is a launchpad for athletes who want to step up to the club competitive program - and a great home for athletes who love rowing but also play other sports.
Stationary balance, backing, spinning - structured drills with tracked progress.
A clear pathway for athletes ready for higher-volume training and the racing circuit.
Built for multi-sport athletes - 2-day or 3-day options fit busy school schedules.
